The Story Behind Rushmor
Every dream begins with a little courage.
My name is Trisandhya, and Rushmor began with a dream I couldn’t let go of.
My journey started in Agra, a city rich in history, beauty, and tradition. Later, I moved to Jaipur for college, carrying with me the excitement of a new beginning and the hope of discovering what I wanted to do with my life.
I studied Mass Communication, where I discovered the world of filmmaking and camera work. I learned to look at things differently — to notice the little details, to understand how a story can make someone feel something, and to see beauty in the things others might overlook.
But life had another chapter waiting for me.
Finding My Way Into Fashion
After college, I began working at a large clothing factory. It was there that I got a closer look at the world of fashion — the effort behind every garment, the work that happens away from the spotlight, and the many hands that bring an idea to life.
I was learning, observing, and growing. Yet, after a few months, a thought kept returning to me:
What if I could build something of my own?
It was an exciting thought, but also a frightening one. Starting a brand meant stepping into the unknown, making difficult decisions, and taking responsibility for a dream that had no guarantee of success.
Still, I knew I wanted to try.
A Woman With a Dream
Building Rushmor was not a straight or easy road. There were questions, doubts, long days, difficult decisions, and moments when the path ahead wasn’t clear.
As a woman choosing to build something of my own in a challenging industry, I knew I would have to learn many things along the way. I had to be willing to start small, make mistakes, keep learning, and show up again even when things felt uncertain.
But every challenge taught me something. Every setback made the dream more meaningful.
Rushmor became more than a business idea. It became a reflection of my belief that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes, you just need the courage to take the first step and the determination to keep going.
